2 Ways To Make It Work

As a company we want to make this process as convenient as possible for the non profit as your success is our top priority.  That being said, we have set up 2 options for this fundraiser.  You can either "send to us" - see below for all the information - or, in some cases, we can come to you.

Bring this form with you when you drop off your gold at the non profit or church.  Or, email us for shipping information if you are not able to drop off your gold at your event.

You Send to Us 

1. Non Profit predicts number of participants with sign up/pledge/commitment sheet.

2. We send one postage-paid envelope/box with insurance already in place (up to $500.00 per person)  The NonProfit gathers up everyone's gold (using the checklist above.)  All labeled individual envelopes go into the pre paid envelope/box.

3. The non profit official makes 3 copies of the checklist (member, nonprofit, envelope).  We use a simple number system attached to the envelope to identify and track that order/piece as belonging to a particular nonprofit. (for example, CARE.org would be given #001...UnitedWay #002, Red Cross #003, PincBubble #004 and so on..)

4. For total transparency here, we ask the lead nonprofit official to take possession of the final package and be responsible to personally drop off at UPS/FedEx.

5.  When we receive gold, we contact each donor to make sure they agree with the dollar amount; if not, we send their gold back to them (includes $500 insurance.)  For the great majority who agree - we 2nd Day Air their check to them.

6.  All checks for donors and the non profit as a whole are sent within 5 business days of us receiving their gold.  The non profit's check will include the percentage amounts from the donors and the 10% profit bonus from our company.
